2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY are true and undertakes to communicate any changes to them.
THE DATA CONTROLLER expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, and that whenever any transfer of personal data is made, express, informed, and unequivocal consent will be requested from the Users in advance.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has communicated the adequate information to them so that they can exercise them.
